DECRETUM MOIRA — SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Decretum Moira. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service and Final Sale & Refund Policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where otherwise expressly stated by Decretum Moira or required by applicable law.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders require processing before shipment.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, in-stock merchandise is generally processed within [INSERT PROCESSING TIME] business days after payment authorization.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or applicable holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If a product page identifies a different processing period, preorder period, production period, or made-to-order schedule, the timeframe stated on that product page applies to that item.
Orders may require additional processing time during launches, limited releases, high-volume periods, holidays, fraud verification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any shipping, transit, or delivery date displayed by Decretum Moira, Shopify, or a shipping carrier is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Carrier transit may be affected by circumstances including:
- weather;
- natural disasters;
- transportation disruptions;
- carrier delays;
- high-volume periods;
- labor disruptions;
- government actions;
- customs processing;
- security concerns;
- incorrect shipping information;
- or other circumstances outside Decretum Moira’s reasonable control.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Decretum Moira does not control the carrier’s transportation schedule.
Nothing in this Policy limits any shipping, cancellation, or refund right that applicable law requires.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.
This includes, where applicable:
- recipient name;
- street address;
- apartment, suite, or unit number;
- city;
- state;
- ZIP or postal code;
- country;
- and any other information necessary for successful delivery.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the shipping information associated with your order.
Decretum Moira is not responsible for delivery problems caused by shipping information supplied by the customer that is:
- incorrect;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- misspelled;
- undeliverable;
- or otherwise inaccurate.
Entering an incorrect shipping address does not automatically create a right to a refund, replacement, cancellation, or reshipment.
If you discover an address error immediately after ordering, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may attempt to update the order if fulfillment has not begun, but address changes are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to alter its destination.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after fulfillment.
Tracking information may not display movement immediately after a label is created.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their packages.
Carrier records may include:
- acceptance scans;
- tracking history;
- delivery scans;
- signature records;
- delivery photographs;
- GPS or location information;
- and other delivery-related data.
Such information may be used as evidence of shipment and delivery.
5. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
When the shipping carrier’s tracking system confirms that an order was delivered to the shipping destination provided at checkout, Decretum Moira will treat that carrier record as evidence that the shipment was delivered.
If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should first:
- check the immediate delivery area;
- review any available delivery photograph;
- check parcel lockers;
- check with household members;
- check with roommates;
- check with neighbors where appropriate;
- contact apartment or building management;
- check with the front desk, concierge, mailroom, or reception area where applicable.
You should then contact Decretum Moira promptly so we can review the available shipping records and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.
A package being marked delivered does not eliminate any right that cannot legally be waived, but a claim that a delivered package cannot be located does not automatically create entitlement to a refund, replacement, or store credit.
6. STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY
Once a carrier confirms delivery to the shipping destination provided by the customer, Decretum Moira is not automatically responsible for theft, loss, or disappearance occurring after documented delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- porch theft;
- theft from doorsteps;
- theft from apartment mailrooms;
- theft from parcel lockers;
- theft from building lobbies;
- theft from dormitories;
- theft from hotels;
- theft from workplaces;
- theft from reception areas;
- packages taken by household members;
- packages taken by roommates;
- packages taken by neighbors;
- packages handled by building staff;
- packages handled by concierge personnel;
- packages moved or misplaced after delivery;
- and other third-party loss occurring after carrier-confirmed delivery.
If you believe a delivered package was stolen, you may be asked to:
- contact the shipping carrier;
- submit a carrier claim;
- provide a police report;
- contact property management;
- obtain parcel-locker records;
- or provide other documentation reasonably relevant to the reported theft.
Decretum Moira may assist with obtaining carrier records where appropriate.
A package being stolen after documented delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any voluntary accommodation provided by Decretum Moira does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation for future claims.
7. PACKAGE TAMPERING, OPENED PACKAGES, OR MISSING CONTENTS
If a package arrives:
- opened;
- visibly damaged;
- tampered with;
- empty;
- partially empty;
- or missing merchandise,
you must contact Decretum Moira within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
You must preserve the packaging and provide clear photographs or video showing:
- the outside of the shipping package;
- shipping label;
- damaged or opened areas;
- seals or tape;
- interior packaging;
- merchandise received;
- and any claimed missing contents.
Do not discard shipping materials while the claim is being investigated.
Decretum Moira may require reasonable cooperation with the carrier before determining the appropriate remedy.
8. CARRIER MISDELIVERY
If tracking shows delivery but available evidence indicates that the carrier delivered the package to an address materially different from the shipping destination supplied at checkout, contact Decretum Moira promptly.
We may investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Any remedy will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, carrier findings, our policies, and applicable law.
Carrier misdelivery is separate from situations in which the customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
9. APARTMENTS, DORMS, HOTELS, BUSINESSES, AND SHARED DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Customers who ship merchandise to:
- apartment complexes;
- dormitories;
- hotels;
- businesses;
- office buildings;
- mailrooms;
- parcel lockers;
- front desks;
- concierge desks;
- reception areas;
- or other shared delivery locations
accept the risks associated with internal handling after documented delivery to the location.
Delivery to an authorized mailroom, locker, reception desk, concierge, building employee, front desk, or other designated delivery point associated with the shipping address may constitute delivery for purposes of Decretum Moira’s records.
10. FORWARDED MAIL AND ADDRESS FORWARDING
Decretum Moira is not responsible for additional delay, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery caused by:
- mail forwarding;
- forwarding services;
- reshipping services;
- package forwarding companies;
- or changes made after the shipment reaches or is redirected from the original address provided at checkout.
Customers using forwarding services do so at their own risk.
11. LOST PACKAGES BEFORE DELIVERY
If tracking does not indicate successful delivery and a shipment appears lost in transit, contact Decretum Moira.
We may open or assist with a carrier investigation before determining the appropriate resolution.
Customers may be required to cooperate with the investigation by providing information requested by Decretum Moira or the shipping carrier.
Where applicable law requires replacement, cancellation, refund, or another remedy because merchandise was not delivered or shipped as promised, Decretum Moira will comply with those requirements.
12. SHIPPING DAMAGE
If merchandise arrives materially damaged during shipment, contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Before discarding anything, photograph:
- the outside packaging;
- shipping label;
- visible package damage;
- internal packaging;
- damaged merchandise;
- and any other relevant condition.
We may require these photographs or other reasonable evidence to investigate the claim with the carrier.
Damage caused after successful delivery by wear, washing, misuse, alteration, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions is not shipping damage.
13. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If Decretum Moira sends merchandise materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
You must provide:
- order number;
- photographs of the merchandise received;
- photographs of the shipping label;
- photographs of packaging;
- and any other information reasonably necessary to verify the fulfillment error.
Do not wear, wash, alter, damage, discard, or otherwise materially change merchandise subject to an incorrect-item claim while the matter is being reviewed.
If we confirm that Decretum Moira incorrectly fulfilled the order, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law and our policies.
14. RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES
Packages may be returned to Decretum Moira because of:
- incorrect addresses;
- incomplete addresses;
- failed delivery attempts;
- refusal of delivery;
- failure to retrieve the package;
- inaccessible locations;
- carrier restrictions;
- or other delivery issues.
A returned-to-sender package is not automatically considered a return, cancellation, or refund request.
Because Decretum Moira maintains an All Sales Final policy, customers may be required to pay additional shipping costs before an eligible returned package is reshipped.
Any refund or other remedy required by applicable law remains unaffected.
15. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Refusing delivery or failing to retrieve a shipment does not automatically cancel the transaction.
Customers may not bypass the Final Sale & Refund Policy by:
- intentionally refusing delivery;
- failing to collect a package;
- refusing signature;
- ignoring carrier pickup notices;
- or intentionally allowing merchandise to return to sender.
Additional shipping expenses created by such circumstances may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
16. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Decretum Moira reserves the right to require signature confirmation or enhanced delivery verification for any order.
Signature confirmation may be used particularly for:
- higher-value transactions;
- higher-risk transactions;
- unusual ordering activity;
- fraud-risk orders;
- replacement shipments;
- or orders where additional delivery verification is appropriate.
If signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.
Failure or refusal to accept a properly addressed signature-required shipment does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
17. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
Each shipment may have a separate tracking number.
Receiving only one portion of a multi-package order does not necessarily mean that merchandise is missing.
Customers should review all tracking numbers associated with their order before reporting missing merchandise.
18. PREORDERS, PRESALES, AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain products may be offered as:
- preorders;
- presales;
- made-to-order products;
- limited-production merchandise;
- or products requiring additional manufacturing time.
The estimated production or fulfillment period displayed on the applicable product page applies to that item.
Customers purchasing preorder or made-to-order merchandise acknowledge that the item may not ship immediately.
Manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, customs, or supply-chain delays may affect estimated fulfillment dates.
If a delay becomes significant enough that applicable law requires notice, cancellation rights, consent to delay, refund, or another remedy, Decretum Moira will provide the required option.
19. HIGH-VOLUME RELEASES AND LIMITED DROPS
Limited releases, launches, restocks, promotional events, and other periods of unusually high order volume may result in longer processing times.
Where a specific processing timeframe is displayed for a launch or product, that stated timeframe applies.
We encourage customers to review processing information before purchasing.
20. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If international shipping is offered, international shipments may be subject to:
- customs inspection;
- import duties;
- tariffs;
- VAT;
- taxes;
- brokerage charges;
- local carrier fees;
- or other government-imposed charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
International customs processing can also delay delivery.
Decretum Moira is not responsible for customs delays outside our reasonable control.
Mandatory consumer protections applicable to a customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.
21. FRAUD REVIEW AND SHIPPING VERIFICATION
Decretum Moira reserves the right to review orders for suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity before shipment.
We may request reasonable verification involving:
- purchaser identity;
- billing information;
- shipping address;
- payment authorization;
- order details;
- or other information relevant to verifying the transaction.
An order may be delayed or canceled where verification cannot reasonably be completed or where significant fraud risk exists.
If we cancel an order before fulfillment and have collected payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.
22. SHIPPING CHANGES REQUESTED AFTER PURCHASE
Decretum Moira is not obligated to modify shipping information after an order has been submitted.
If we voluntarily make an address or delivery change at the customer’s request, the customer remains responsible for verifying the revised information.
Where permitted, changes requested after purchase may require additional verification because address changes can increase fraud risk.
23. CARRIER DELAYS AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Decretum Moira is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- transportation disruptions;
- carrier outages;
- carrier staffing issues;
- labor strikes;
- government restrictions;
- customs delays;
- civil emergencies;
- security incidents;
- or comparable events.
This section does not eliminate any cancellation or refund right required by applicable law if merchandise cannot be shipped or delivered as legally required.
24. SHIPPING-RELATED PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If a payment dispute is filed relating to shipping or delivery, Decretum Moira may provide relevant transaction and fulfillment evidence to Shopify, payment processors, financial institutions, card issuers, payment networks, fraud-prevention providers, or other reviewing parties.
This may include claims categorized as:
- Item Not Received;
- Merchandise Not Received;
- Product Not Received;
- Goods Not Received;
- Unauthorized Purchase;
- Transaction Not Recognized;
- No Knowledge of Purchase;
- Product Unacceptable;
- Not as Described;
- Credit Not Processed;
- or another related dispute reason.
Evidence may include:
- the customer’s accepted Terms;
- checkout acknowledgement records;
- shipping address supplied at checkout;
- billing information;
- order confirmation;
- IP or device information where available;
- fraud-analysis information;
- carrier tracking;
- fulfillment records;
- shipment acceptance;
- delivery confirmation;
- signature confirmation;
- delivery photographs;
- carrier GPS/location information where available;
- customer communications;
- product photographs;
- packaging photographs;
- and other information relevant to the claim.
The filing of a payment dispute does not alter the transaction records, carrier records, policies, or Terms accepted when the customer completed checkout.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising legitimate dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.
25. CLAIM DOCUMENTATION AND CUSTOMER COOPERATION
To investigate a shipping-related claim, Decretum Moira may reasonably request:
- order number;
- photographs;
- video;
- shipping label;
- packaging;
- carrier correspondence;
- delivery photographs;
- police reports where appropriate;
- theft reports;
- property-management documentation;
- parcel-locker information;
- or a written description of the circumstances.
Customers agree to provide reasonable cooperation where necessary to investigate a legitimate shipping claim.
Failure to provide information reasonably necessary to investigate a claim may limit our ability to provide a voluntary remedy.
26. FINAL-SALE STATUS
Except where otherwise expressly provided in our policies or required by applicable law, Decretum Moira operates under an ALL SALES FINAL policy.
Shipping-related events such as:
- buyer absence;
- incorrect customer-provided addresses;
- refusal of delivery;
- failure to collect merchandise;
- theft after documented delivery;
- customer-controlled forwarding;
- or other circumstances outside Decretum Moira’s reasonable control
do not automatically create eligibility for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
27. POLICY ACCEPTANCE
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that:
- you reviewed the shipping address;
- the address provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you understand applicable processing times;
- you understand that carrier transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed;
- you understand that Decretum Moira is not automatically responsible for theft or loss occurring after documented delivery;
- and you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service and Final Sale & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any right that applicable law does not permit a merchant to waive.
